CKIC is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of coal analytical instruments, possessing key technologies and independent intellectual property rights in coal analysis.
The project of R&D center has a total investment of 250 million yuan and occupies an area of approximately 6,867 m2. The project will closely collaborate with units such as the University of Electronic Science and Technology, Central South University, Hunan University, Changsha University of Science and Technology, China Instrumentation and Control Society, and Hunan Instrumentation and Control Society. It will focus on key areas including new energy, carbon emission monitoring, food nutrition and safety monitoring, new technologies of energy saving, various modern testing technologies, and AI.It, through university-enterprise cooperation, aims to gather professional talents engaged in the development of intelligent analytical instruments, equipment design, and system software, cultivate a group of talents with innovative capabilities, and create more advantageous analytical instruments and intelligent products.
Mr. Luo stated that the R&D center project currently under construction is a vivid demonstration of our commitment to expanding the industrial chain and developing new productive forces. We are confident in completing the construction of this project, which will propel us towards greater revenue recovery in the future. Furthermore, CKIC will seize this opportunity to further enhance the research and application of new productive forces, thereby making a significant contribution to regional development.
Lai Kunming expressed his congratulations on the commencement of the project. He pointed out that as one of the earliest enterprises to settle in CKIC industrial park, CKIC is a leading enterprise in coal analytical instruments and intelligent fuel management in China, and has made positive contributions to nurturing the industrial ecology of the park and building it into a “hub for advanced manufacturing”. The R&D center is substantial in investment and high in energy level, linking resources from prestigious universities and continuously gathering resources and efficiently empowering enterprises for innovative development. It is hoped that CKIC could continue to play a leading role in the industry by vigorously extending the industrial chain through the construction of specialized industrial parks and accelerating the development of a R&D center for intelligent analytical instruments. Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone will, as always, support the development of CKIC by providing comprehensive guarantees to ensure timely completion and commencement of operations, as well as to achieve full manufacturing capacity and efficiency. Technological innovation is a crucial point for the high-quality development of the industrial park. Since the beginning of this year, guided by the goal of becoming a Cluster of Global R&D Centers, the Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone has prioritized technological innovation as its primary driving force, taking the lead in establishing a science and technology innovation fund with the size of 10 billion yuan. It has introduced a batch of higher-level innovation platforms such as the Central South Center of the Shanghai Technology Exchange and the SANY Science and Technology City-Central South University Industrial Innovation Platform. These initiatives have accelerated the clustering of scientific and technological innovation projects within the industrial park, and continuously optimized the innovation ecosystem.
